Senior Manager, Transformation & People Insights

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-driven transformation initiatives within People Analytics
• Own dashboard visualization standards to enhance user experience
• Design and deliver insight products utilizing BI tools like Qlik or Tableau
• Manage an analytics team member to ensure project success
• Collaborate with HR to identify and prioritize workforce analytics needs
• Apply statistical methods to evaluate workforce trends
• Communicate complex analytical findings in straightforward language

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Business Analytics, or related field required; Advanced degree preferred
• 10-15 years of experience in analytics, data science, or HR analytics preferred
• 3-6 years of people leadership experience preferred
• Strong background in SQL, Python, and business intelligence tools required
• Experience with Workday data and HR systems is mandatory
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for business leaders
• Skilled in advanced analytics methodologies and statistical theory

$100,000 – $140,000 annually
