Senior Manager, Total Rewards (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Total Rewards (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will serve as a trusted compensation advisor to corporate functional leaders and HR partners, with a focus on pay governance, job evaluation, and compensation strategy. You will help guide the annual planning cycle, evaluate exception requests, and surface pay trends through data-driven analysis. The position also plays a key role in maintaining compensation reporting and aligning global policies across a complex enterprise environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $132,400 – $251,600 annually Responsibilities Serve as a compensation advisor to corporate functional groups Evaluate escalated pay recommendations and exception requests Lead compensation support for the annual planning cycle Develop and maintain a corporate HR compensation dashboard Analyze compensation data to identify emerging pay issues Communicate compensation decisions clearly to HR partners and business leaders Collaborate with global HR and Total Rewards teams on compensation policies Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience, or an advanced degree with 7+ years of experience Proven experience in salary administration, job classification, and job evaluation 7+ years of experience in annual compensation planning and analysis Strong partnership experience with HR teams to resolve compensation issues Technical knowledge of global HR policies and compensation practices Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance and short-term/long-term disability coverage 401(k) match and flexible spending accounts Flexible work schedules and employee assistance programs Employee Scholar Program and parental leave Paid time off and holidays Eligibility for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
