Senior Manager, Technology Product Management

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Technology Product Management to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will guide the strategy and lifecycle of enterprise technology products that support core finance and operational processes across a global organization. You will partner closely with finance stakeholders and cross-functional teams to shape ERP solutions, drive system enhancements, and improve execution across multiple business units and regions. The position will also lead a focused team, strengthen performance management practices, and identify opportunities to streamline operations and deliver actionable insights. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $200,000 – $250,000 annually Responsibilities Direct the product strategy lifecycle from conception to end of life Promote industry-leading trends and technologies while managing personnel Collaborate with finance partners to design and implement ERP solutions Manage a focused team to achieve strategic goals and support current initiatives Establish a performance management framework for actionable process insights Support rollout of system enhancements across multiple units and regions Identify opportunities for streamlining processes and manage operational issues Qualifications 10+ years of experience supporting PeopleSoft Financial Management 9.2, ideally in the real estate or a similar service industry Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Deep functional knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 modules, with expertise in the Order to Cash process Experience supporting at least one global ERP rollout Benefits 401(k) plan with matching contributions Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Care Paid parental leave at 100% of salary Paid Time Off and Company Holidays Early access to earned wages through Daily Pay Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
