for each section heading. Use - for lists. Use
for prose.
We must preserve all substantive info; not invent or summarize away detail. Must not drop any details.
We need to ensure we include all details from the posting that are not boilerplate.
Let's extract details precisely.
About The Role paragraph: "As Sr. Manager, Recruiting, you'll lead a pod of technical and engineering-focused recruiters and sourcers, owning full-cycle hiring outcomes for some of CoreWeave's most competitive technical roles. You'll partner directly with senior engineering stakeholders to translate hiring needs into sourcing strategy, bring operational rigor to a team that's ready for it, and build the systems (pipeline reviews, capacity planning, reporting) that let us scale predictably. This is a build role: you're not stepping into a mature machine, you're building one."
We should keep that as a

- Partner with People, Comp, and HRBP stakeholders on leveling, offers, and calibration
We need to ensure punctuation and dash.
We'll output each as

Pay: we have paragraph: "The base salary range for this role is $149,000 to $198,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility)." Also later: "The range we’ve posted represents the typical compensation range for this role. To determine actual compensation, we review the market rate for each candidate which can include a variety of factors. These include qualifications, experience, interview performance, and location. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a variety of benefits to support your needs." This is somewhat repetitive but we should preserve all substantive info, not summarizing away. However we must avoid duplication? The instruction: "Remove duplicated lines". So we should avoid repeating same info. The two paragraphs about salary range are similar; we can combine but must preserve all info. The second adds that actual compensation considers qualifications, experience, interview performance, location. The first mentions base salary range, starting salary determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, market location, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, benefits. We need to keep both pieces but avoid duplicate sentences. We can merge into a single paragraph that includes all details: base salary range $149,000-$198,000; starting salary determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, market location; total rewards includes discretionary bonus, equity awards, comprehensive benefits; actual compensation based on qualifications, experience, interview performance, location; etc. Ensure we don't lose any detail.
