We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "Position Summary". Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include sections only if posting has real specific content. We have Position Summary (could map to About the role). Responsibilities present. Education And Prior Work Experience (could be Requirements/Qualifications). Required Knowledge And Skills (Skills). Compensation and later Salary Range (Pay). Benefits mentioned. No schedule info. So we should not include Schedule. Also we should not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent. Remove boilerplate: EEO statement, work authorization? Work authorization is maybe relevant but not a standard heading; we could fold into a short

maybe under About the role? But instructions: remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Work authorization is not EEO but maybe considered metadata; we could keep as a short paragraph maybe under About the role? However they said "fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." Work authorization is minor metadata, we can include a short

. Also we should not include the "WORK AUTHORIZATION" heading; just include the sentence in a paragraph. We need to avoid repeating duplicated lines: Compensation appears twice (first generic then later with salary range). We'll combine. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Structure:

About the role

Position summary text...

Work authorization note...

Responsibilities

  • ...
  • ...

Requirements

maybe combine Education And Prior Work Experience and Required Knowledge And Skills? But we have separate sections: Education And Prior Work Experience (requirements) and Required Knowledge And Skills (skills). Could output Requirements and Skills separately. Use

Requirements

for education/experience, and

Skills

for knowledge/skills.

Benefits

  • ...
  • ...

Pay

Expected salary range of $155,000-$180,000, based on experience and location. In addition, HASI offers an annual bonus program; 401(k) with company match; an equity incentive program; comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits; paid time off for vacation, holidays, and sick days; and much more.

But benefits already listed; we might duplicate. Better to have Benefits section list benefits, and Pay section just salary range and bonus. However the posting says compensation includes base salary range plus annual bonus program; 401(k) etc. So we could put Pay: base salary range and annual bonus. Benefits: 401(k), equity incentive, medical/dental/vision, PTO, etc. Let's extract: From first Compensation paragraph: "The expected base salary range of will be based on experience and location. In addition, HASI offers an annual bonus program; 401(k) with company match; an equity incentive program; comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits; paid time off for vacation, holidays, and sick days; and much more." Later Salary Range: "Expected salary range of $155,000-$180,000, based on experience and location. In addition, HASI offers an annual bonus program; 401(k) with company match; an equity incentive program; comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits; paid time off for vacation, holidays, and sick days; and much more." So we can combine: Pay: Expected base salary range $155,000-$180,000 based on experience and location; annual bonus program. Benefits: 401(k) with company match; equity incentive program; comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits; paid time off for vacation, holidays, and sick days; and much more. Now responsibilities list: - Collaborating with other departments to assess the impact of transaction terms on their related accounting treatment - Drafting and reviewing accounting memos to document our accounting conclusions for our investments as well as select other technical accounting matters - Collaborating with joint venture partner accounting teams in the preparation and review of equity investment income/loss allocations using the hypothetical liquidation at book value (“HLBV”) method and the traditional equity method - Researching accounting issues for compliance with generally accepted accounting principles - Contributing to the operating effectiveness of our compliance with a Sarbanes-Oxley (404) internal controls environment - Creating efficiencies in processes through the use of automation tools Education And Prior Work Experience: - 8+ years of relevant accounting and industry experience - CPA certification - Public accounting experience working with publicly traded companies subject to SOX internal control requirements and 10Q/10K filing deadlines - Preferred experience with US GAAP codification sections ASC 810, ASC 323, ASC 310, ASC 860, ASC 842, and ASC 606 - Demonstrated experience of technical accounting research - Experience drafting accounting memos and accounting policies - Knowledge and demonstrated understanding of the hypothetical liquidation at book value method for equity method investment income/loss allocations - Energy or financial services industries experience preferred Required Knowledge And Skills: - Strong proficiency in Excel data analysis techniques - Strong understanding of financial valuation concepts, including DCF, NPV and IRR - Familiarity with project finance transactions and documentation - Proven ability to lead an accurate and timely close process - Proactive and problem-solving mindset - Ability to rapidly and accurately analyze complex information and communicate the information concisely - Dependable and reliable, excellent at taking initiative, and can work independently without close supervision - Composure under pressure, with the ability to balance competing priorities and the desire to work in a fast-paced, innovative, entrepreneurial environment - Strong attention to detail - Strong interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills Now About the role: Position Summary paragraph: "HASI is seeking a Senior Manager - Technical Accounting to join our accounting team in Annapolis, MD or New York, NY. This role will be responsible for evaluating the appropriate accounting treatment for our investments (equity investments, debt securities, financing receivables, real estate and securitizations) as well as the subsequent accounting for certain complex transactions including research and applying facts to judgmental areas of the accounting guidance. This role will also support quarterly close activities such as entries for Equity Method Investments, Current Expected Credit Loss (CECL) analysis, and footnote development. This position will report to our AVP - Technical Accounting." We also have "About HASI" paragraph at top describing company. Should we include that? It's not a section heading but could be part of About the role? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). So we could include About HASI as part of About the role? Probably better to include a short paragraph about the company under About the role. The instruction says "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". So we can have About the role section containing both company description and position summary. We also need to include work authorization note: "HASI is willing to take over sponsorship for existing H1-B visas for exceptional talent. We are unable to provide new H-1B sponsorship at this time." This is minor metadata; we can include as a short

maybe under About the role after position summary. Now ensure we don't include boilerplate: EEO statement, etc. Remove. Now produce HTML:
