About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager Talent Management to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a regulated financial services environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and enhance the company’s career philosophy for employee growth
- Architect enterprise-wide frameworks for career pathing and internal mobility
- Establish talent strategies that align career growth with business needs
- Collaborate with senior leaders on talent-related alignment and decisions
- Develop mechanisms to clarify expectations for growth and development
- Drive change management strategies that promote new career perspectives at the company
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in enterprise talent strategy related to careers and growth
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders on complex talent topics
- Strong conceptual and strategic thinking skills
- Experience leading organization-wide change initiatives
- Exceptional organizational judgment and decision-making abilities
- Ability to build trust across cross-functional teams

Compensation: $145,000 – $205,000 annually
