Join Rush as the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Systems & Technology and play a critical role in shaping the future of enterprise supply chain operations through technology, data, and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Manage Supply Chain data governance and maintain ERP master data
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
- Lead cross-functionally with supply chain partners, including internal and external stakeholders, to achieve enterprise initiatives
- Lead projects to implement new technologies, including automation and AI, to enhance supply chain visibility and decision-making
- Develop and create supply chain data strategy including: integrating tools, RFP for data vendors, and determining KPIs to monitor performance
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency and controls
- Develop comprehensive reporting solutions to deliver strategic financial analysis and actionable insights that support the decision-making needs of the supply chain team
- Demonstrate thought leader abilities and possess a proved track record as a team leader
- Identify and evaluate industry technology and best practices for integration
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the supply chain team
Requirements
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field; 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, with ERP and Procure-to-pay functions
- Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency; Database reporting: MS SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Integration Services (SSIS); Business Intelligence/Data Analysis software development; Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system ownership and maintenance; Advanced data analysis capabilities; Advanced SQL proficiency; Database management experience (creation, querying, relationships)
- Core Competencies: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; Project management experience; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences; Knowledge of digital supply chain technologies; Strong leadership skills with a collaborative results-driven approach
- Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in business, supply chain, or healthcare-related field; 2+ Years of Direct report management experience
- Preferred Technical Skills: Business Intelligence Tools as a developer - Tableau, Power BI, Infor/Lawson BIERP Systems - Infor/Lawson, Workday, McKesson Healthcare Systems - Epic Systems, Healthcare Common, Procedure Coding System (HCPCS); Cloud & Collaboration Tools - Microsoft SharePoint, Smartsheet, ServiceNow; Software Proficiency - Microsoft Visio, JIRA; Advanced Microsoft Office Suite; Inventory Management Systems – Omnicell, QSight, Par Excellence, Owens & Minor Bill-Only, Agiloft (Contract Lifecycle Management)
