Senior Manager Supply Chain , OTS- Supply Chain-Technology Fulfillment Services Execution, OTS- Supply Chain- Tech Fulfillment Svcs- Execution

Key job responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of fulfillment specialists executing technology supply chain operations for new site launches across North America.
• Own launch on-time, in-full delivery performance and drive continuous improvement in process efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Manage resource allocation for the NA launch fulfillment function, delivering year-over-year cost performance improvements.
• Partner with construction, deployment, and vendor management teams at a senior level to align the fulfillment pipeline to facility opening milestones.
• Establish and evolve standard operating procedures for launch fulfillment execution, building a scalable operating model for the region

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
• 5+ years of team management experience
• 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• 2+ years of supply chain experience
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

Pay

Base salary range: $128,600.00 - $173,900.00 USD annually
