Key Responsibilities
- Stand up and operate a formal S&OP process, connecting forecast and sales pipeline data to supply, procurement and production decisions
- Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize safety stock levels against demand signal and lead time reality, ensuring healthy stock levels for a high growth operation
- Oversee and manage the warehousing, assembly and manufacturing, fulfillment, and procurement functions
- Serve as the day-to-day decision-maker for procurement and operational priorities, escalating to VP of Hardware as needed
- Drive alternate supplier qualification for single-sourced components — minimum one qualified backup per critical part
- Utilize data to align production capacity with forward-looking demand, identifying and flagging capacity constraints before they become delivery issues
- Support continuous improvement across the Supply Chain
What We’re Looking For
- 7–10 years of supply chain experience, with at least 2–3 years managing a team
- Demonstrated experience managing and/or building a dynamic S&OP process — you know what good looks like and how to build it
- Strong procurement background: supplier negotiations, lead time management, alternate sourcing
- Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-moving environment where you'll build process while executing it quickly
- Data-driven decision-maker who is comfortable taking large information sets and condensing them into actionable decisions
- Hardware or physical products experience required; familiarity with long lead time components and BOM-based planning is a plus
