Senior Manager, Supply Chain

This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of export and import compliance tasks and projects
• Manage Customs brokers to ensure efficient customs clearance processes
• Develop and implement compliance programs, policies, and procedures per regulatory guidelines
• Facilitate communication with PGAs and brokers regarding customs and regulations
• Implement an audit program for import/export compliance, ensuring accurate filings
• Manage recordkeeping for import/export activities in line with compliance guidelines
• Foster relationships with cross-functional teams involved in compliance-related activities

Qualifications

• 12+ years in International Trade Compliance/Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience based on education level
• Expert knowledge of Import and Export compliance regulations including EAR Classification and OFAC
• Extensive experience with duty reduction programs such as Free Trade Agreements and Temporary Import Bonds
• Familiarity with PGAs, especially FDA regulations in pharmaceutical or life sciences sectors
• Problem-solving skills for identifying compliance gaps and recommending process improvements

Pay

$143,225 – $203,940 annually
