Senior Manager Strategic Clinical Quality - Western and Eastern PA

Overview

The Senior Manager Strategic Clinical Quality oversees short- and long-term goals to implement positive change and/or create organizational structure. They contribute to strategic direction to facilitate the achievement of company goals for improved patient outcomes and superior quality standards for assigned division.

Success Profile

A successful candidate must reside in the Western and Eastern PA region. They should have 6+ years of related experience with 3+ years in a leadership role, superior customer service skills, strong organizational and leadership skills, strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate with all levels of management through diplomacy and tact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Registered Nurse required
• Certification in Nephrology Nursing or healthcare quality preferred
