Senior Manager, Strategic Capabilities

Responsibilities

• Serve as the global process owner for FTA and COO programs
• Develop global standards and governance frameworks for FTA and COO processes
• Monitor regulatory changes impacting trade compliance and operations
• Provide strategic guidance for complex FTA and COO issues
• Lead risk management and compliance improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with tech teams to advance trade compliance capabilities
• Develop training and communication initiatives for organizational knowledge

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in Global Trade, Customs, Trade Compliance, or Supply Chain Compliance
• Expertise in Free Trade Agreements and customs compliance across various jurisdictions
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders effectively
• Strong analytical, communication, project management, and leadership skills
• A Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees preferred

Pay

$122,000 – $212,750 annually

Schedule

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
