Senior Manager, Specialist Enterprise Customer Success

About the role

This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Engineers for high-quality customer outcomes
• Establish performance standards for onboarding, success planning, and renewal risk mitigation
• Enhance technical capabilities in areas such as the company Data Platform and disaster recovery
• Develop customer success plans, roadmaps, and resilience assessments
• Monitor customer health and adoption metrics for proactive support
• Serve as an escalation point for strategic enterprise customer issues
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align customer strategies with organizational goals

Qualifications

• 8+ years of customer-facing technical experience in enterprise IT, SaaS, or data protection
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams or customer success engineers
• Strong knowledge of the company solutions or similar technologies in data protection and enterprise infrastructure
• Proven ability to navigate complex customer situations and shifting priorities
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with executive audiences
• Data-driven approach to leadership focused on metrics and team execution

Pay

$164,800 – $305,900 annually
