Senior Manager, Source to Contract
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Source to Contract to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead end-to-end source-to-contract operations within the procurement function, driving process maturity, strategic improvements, and disciplined program execution. You will partner closely with business process owners and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen procurement capabilities and deliver measurable value across complex initiatives. The position also requires strong program leadership over high-value workstreams while balancing operational excellence and effective stakeholder management.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Pay
Compensation: $154,100 – $246,600 annually
Responsibilities
- Develop deep expertise in procurement and source-to-contract processes.
- Build mature, value-adding relationships across the broader business function.
- Manage multimillion-dollar source-to-contract programs with minimal oversight.
- Collaborate with business process owners to identify and roadmap procurement improvements.
- Lead program management across multiple stakeholders to ensure effective implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 10+ years of experience in business or IT with a focus on Procurement.
- Proficiency in system development life cycle and project management protocols.
- Experience with procurement processes, including sourcing and purchasing.
- Knowledge of technology solutions such as iValua and SAP ERP.
