About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide direction to your pre-sales Lead and individual contributors and work with them in strategic planning to drive business.
  • Communicate the team's direction, goals, and progress to sales and pre-sales leadership.
  • Lead initiatives that help build the capabilities of the team to introduce new products to our customers.
  • Own and develop a diverse suite of reports and analytics to build holistic and data-driven strategies.
  • Persistently partner with internal cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 10 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Solutions Engineering, MIS or its equivalent.
  • Demonstrate experience managing one or more regional teams, including performance management, career coaching and mentoring.
  • Experience managing the technical opportunity sales cycle.
  • Experience leading and developing individual contributors.
  • Expertise in API architectures (REST, GraphQL), API gateways, and frameworks (OAuth, JWT), and cloud-native ecosystems (Kubernetes, Docker) and AI Security.
  • Knowledge of protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP) and cybersecurity (SIEM/SOAR, CI/CD), automated API discovery and testing against the OWASP API Top 10.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout the organization.
  • Ability to build alignment, trust, and productive relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.

Pay

For US based candidates only - the base salary for this position ranges from $146,300 - $263,300/year; a candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location. Compensation for candidates outside the US will vary. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of annual bonus or incentives, equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
