Senior Manager, Software Engineering
About the role
Foodsmart operates in the telenutrition and foodcare industry, addressing challenges related to unhealthy eating habits and diet-related diseases. The organization provides a digital platform combining dietary assessments, nutrition counseling, and online food ordering to support healthier food choices. It serves over 2.2 million members, including those covered by employer-sponsored health plans, Medicaid managed care, Medicare Advantage, and commercial insurers. The program partners with national and regional retailers, including those accepting SNAP/EBT, to enhance accessibility to nutritious food. Recent investment efforts aim to expand reach, especially to low-income workers disproportionately affected by diet-related health issues.
