Senior Manager, Software Development Engineering

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Software Development Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This leader will oversee software engineering execution for a complex set of brand, marketing, partnership, sales, and outreach initiatives within a healthcare environment. The role blends technical strategy with hands-on leadership, requiring someone who can guide scalable architecture, deliver integrations, and support high-volume customer engagement workflows. This person will partner closely with cross-functional teams to advance platform reliability, security, and delivery speed while building and mentoring a strong engineering organization.
