Responsibilities
- Lead and continuously improve the SIOP planning process
- Develop actionable demand forecasts in collaboration with sales and marketing
- Align production plans with demand forecasts and manage capacity needs
- Oversee inventory management strategy for optimal stock levels
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for objective alignment
- Utilize analytics for performance tracking and trend identification
- Mentor and develop the planning team for high performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field; Master's or certification preferred
- 10+ years in supply chain or operations, 5+ years in leadership
- Experience in SIOP/IBP implementation in manufacturing
- Strong analytical skills for data synthesis and decision-making
- Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel; advanced software experience a plus
- Excellent leadership skills; ability to collaborate across functions
- Effective communicator, capable of influencing at all organizational levels
