Senior Manager, Simulation

About the role

Lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. Work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a new Simulation team from the ground up
• Architect hardware abstraction layers for simulation environments
• Develop and integrate physics simulators with a focus on performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support robot development
• Define success metrics for the simulation function

Requirements

• 10+ years in industry with 5 years in robotics
• Experience leading simulation infrastructure
• Strong proficiency in modern C++ and Python
• Familiarity with major robotics physics simulators
• MS or Ph.D. in Robotics, Computer Science, or related field

Pay

$208,000 – $324,000 annually
