Senior Manager, Services Portfolio & Learning Architecture

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Services Portfolio & Learning Architecture to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This leader will own the strategy and execution of technical services and learning frameworks that support customer-facing professional services offerings. The role blends curriculum architecture, service design, and program leadership to strengthen how the organization delivers education across multiple formats. You will partner closely with technical experts, delivery teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure offerings are accurate, scalable, and aligned to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and outcomes of consulting service offerings
• Direct the creation of new offerings and improvements to existing services
• Ensure technical accuracy of content before design handoff
• Set and maintain service design and content standards
• Set direction for professional services education across multiple delivery formats
• Be accountable for the master curriculum and source content
• Manage overall maintenance health across services and education

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Information Security
• 5+ years in vulnerability management and cybersecurity operations, preferably with security software products
• 7+ years in professional services, consulting, or technical training
• Proven experience setting education strategy and designing technical curricula
• 3+ years leading technical or consulting teams
• Exposure to full product delivery lifecycle
• Experience in cross-functional program management

Pay

$145,000 – $193,666 annually
