About the role
This role will lead complex digital laboratory transformation efforts and help shape how scientific and laboratory information is designed, delivered, and adopted across client organizations. The Senior Manager will oversee program execution from solution design through implementation, ensuring alignment with client objectives, contractual commitments, and measurable outcomes. In addition, this leader will partner closely with senior stakeholders, guide cross-functional teams, and help strengthen a high-performing consulting environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute digital laboratory transformation projects
- Oversee engagement delivery from solution design to execution
- Drive program outcomes and ensure alignment with client goals
- Manage delivery execution focused on client satisfaction and contractual obligations
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Provide strategic insights on digital lab solutions and technologies
- Foster a high-performance culture through coaching and mentoring team members
Qualifications
- 8+ years in scientific and laboratory informatics, preferably in R&D or QC manufacturing
- Bachelor's degree in Life Science or Engineering-related fields
- 4+ years of consulting experience preferred
- Experience with life sciences R&D, QC, or IT highly regarded
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Location: Oklahoma City, OK – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $245,000 – $292,200 annually
