Senior Manager, SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Enterprise Solution Architect for SAP SCM, setting design direction across multiple functional areas
• Collaborate with Business Process Owners to prioritize process needs while balancing legacy support
• Develop and maintain a functional roadmap for SAP SCM, focusing on transitions and process design
• Lead SAP SCM project implementations from inception through go-live, coordinating with support processes
• Establish delivery metrics and report on project and system performance to leadership
• Manage relationships with implementation partners and vendors within the SCM area
• Oversee the SAP SCM functional team, focusing on team development and performance evaluations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Finance, or Supply Chain Management
• 20+ years of SAP SCM/ERP experience, including hands-on expertise in SCM modules
• 10+ years of experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes
• 10+ years of integration experience between SAP and non-SAP systems
• 7+ years of experience in people management, including hiring and performance management

Pay

$150,000 – $180,000 annually
