About the Role
The Senior Sales Enablement Manager will play a critical role in creating enablement and change management surrounding new technology launches, standardizing field processes, operationalizing best practices, and delivering high-impact enablement programs. These programs will drive measurable improvements in sales productivity, process adoption, and distributor engagement. This role is both strategic and execution-focused. The ideal candidate is an experienced enablement leader with expertise in sales enablement program development, sales play creation, video-based learning (Camtasia or similar platforms), and eLearning design. They are highly collaborative, exceptionally organized, and comfortable partnering cross-functionally to translate strategy into scalable execution.
Responsibilities
- Partner cross-functionally (Sales Leadership, Sellers, Operations, Marketing, Communications, Pricing, and Channel teams) to define, document, and implement a unified field sales process.
- Create and deploy enablement assets including playbooks, templates, job aids, microlearning modules, and reinforcement content to embed best practices.
- Map current and future-state sales processes, identifying gaps and developing comprehensive sales plays aligned to each stage of the sales cycle.
- Lead structured rollout and adoption strategies, including communications plans and reinforcement cadences.
- Serve as subject matter expert in video-based learning and instructional design, leveraging Camtasia (or similar tools) and eLearning platforms to create engaging content.
- Establish standards and best practices for digital learning production, continuously optimizing based on engagement and performance data.
- Lead enablement strategy for Channel Insights launch and adoption, including communications, microlearning, and sales talk tracks.
- Build and manage ongoing enablement programs, ensuring scalable, globally accessible learning experiences.
- Own LMS administration, including content organization, reporting, learner experience optimization, and system maintenance.
- Track enablement engagement, process adoption, and business impact, delivering executive-ready insights that connect enablement efforts to productivity and revenue outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or Go-To-Market roles.
- 5+ years with advanced proficiency in video creation using Camtasia or comparable platforms and experience in eLearning design and instructional development.
- 2 years’ experience administering and optimizing a Learning Management System (LMS).

Pay
The annual salary for this position is between $117,500.00 and $234,500.00. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
