Senior Manager, SaaS Quality Engineering (AI-First SDLC)

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager SaaS Quality Engineering (ai-First Sdlc) to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-first SDLC transformation and agentic quality workflows
• Drive PingOne MT quality strategy and regional execution
• Define quality systems strategy for ID for AI products
• Manage Quality Platform tools, CI/CD quality gates, and telemetry
• Build customer-oriented E2E validation for product validation
• Partner with teams to transition validation closer to the code
• Measure and enhance SDLC effectiveness and product readiness

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software/quality engineering or technical leadership
• 5+ years leading teams in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software
• Experience with AI-enabled workflows and agentic quality systems
• Deep technical expertise in multi-tenant SaaS and microservices
• Proven track record in shift-left quality transformation
• Proficient in CI/CD, testing frameworks, and observability principles
• Strong communication skills for distributed teams and stakeholders
