Senior Manager, Release & Program Management

Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s release process for predictability and quality across teams
• Mentor a team of Technical Program Managers while being hands-on in key programs
• Establish clear communication and alignment across business and technical teams
• Define and evaluate metrics for release success and refine launch strategies
• Partner with EPD leaders to maximize value from Technical Program Managers
• Oversee program management for critical customer accounts to enhance customer experiences
• Identify bottlenecks and improve workflows for efficient process execution
• Promote AI-powered workflows and automation to optimize team output

Qualifications

• 5+ years in leadership roles related to Release Management, Program Management, QA, or Product Operations in SaaS
• Demonstrated success as a player-coach with hands-on project ownership
• Proficient in managing complex, cross-functional program execution
• Skilled in evolving processes for measurable outcomes
• Exceptional communication skills bridging departments and ensuring transparency
• High-standards for performance with coaching capability
• Familiarity with program and incident management tools like Linear or PagerDuty
• AI fluency, with a focus on leveraging automation for productivity
