Senior Manager, Recommendation Algorithms

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Recommendation Algorithms to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This leader will own the strategy and execution for personalized recommendation and ranking systems that shape the customer experience. The role will partner closely with product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to translate business goals into measurable algorithmic improvements. You will also guide a team through the full machine learning lifecycle, from modeling and experimentation to production deployment and ongoing optimization.
