About the role

Join Shearer's Foods, a leading food manufacturer, as a Production Technician. We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team in Massillon, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment to ensure efficient production processes
• Monitor and maintain quality control standards
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of related experience in a manufacturing setting
• Basic understanding of industrial machinery and operation
• Ability to read and follow written procedures

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Proficiency with basic computer software
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations
