Senior Manager Quality Control
About the role
The Senior Manager Quality Control leads one functional team or activity within a development program. They are responsible for providing resources such as research, quality assurance, and process automation within Membership and other WO Development departments. They work towards meeting the strategic priorities of the program by developing and coordinating quality assurance for approved test designs and campaign plans, and completing and/or overseeing day-to-day tasks.
Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate quality assurance for approved test designs and campaign plans.
- Manage guidelines and analyze factual information to achieve results, improve workflow, and solve problems.
- Report to leadership on activities.
- Develop documentation, modify processes, and participate in the enhancement of systems and tools used by the team.
- Evaluate, pilot, and deploy more efficient processes using new technologies, tools, and automation.
- Execute end-to-end quality validation to ensure that technical development accurately reflects campaign requirements.
- Review and intake strategy and program documentation to gain a detailed understanding of audience selection and segmentation criteria, audience / campaign size, test design, audience personalization, and output requirements.
- Create and maintain documentation related to program quality assurance and report findings to stakeholders for approval.
- Ensure the integrity of test designs throughout the campaign development lifecycle.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years related experience or equivalent combination.
- Experience managing and implementing multiple projects.
- Experience supervising staff, interns, and/or volunteers.
- Experience with current and evolving technology in marketing automation, data management, or a relevant field.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience, coursework, or other training in principles and practices of process optimization, quality, campaign development, or a relevant field.

Salary Information: The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $78,800 - $114,800. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate’s actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience.
