We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities (What You'll Be Doing), Requirements (What You Bring), maybe Skills? The posting includes "What You Bring" which includes abilities and nice-to-haves. Could treat as Requirements. Also include Benefits & Perks. Also include Compensation (Pay). Also maybe Schedule? Not present. So we include sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay. Ensure we don't repeat job title. Use

for each heading. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent. Remove boilerplate like EEO, scam warning, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, legal, duplicated lines. Also remove "Note for recruiting and placement agencies". Also remove "AI in our hiring process" maybe? It's not boilerplate but maybe considered part of culture? It's a statement about AI in hiring process; could be considered substantive? Might be considered part of culture but not essential. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The AI in hiring process is not exactly those categories; but it's a statement about process. Might be okay to keep? It's not a boilerplate; but it's not a section heading. Could be included in a paragraph under Benefits? Not really. Safer to keep it as a paragraph maybe under a generic "About Camunda"? But we have no such section. Could include it in a paragraph after About the role? However the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep that statement. Where to place? Could be a

after About the role before Responsibilities. Or we could incorporate into a "About Camunda" section but we shouldn't create a heading unless there is real specific content. The statement is about AI in hiring process; it's a specific content. Could be its own section? Not listed headings; we could just put it as a paragraph after About the role. Similarly "Visionary in 2025 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™..." etc earlier in intro; that's about company. Might be considered substantive but not under a heading. Could be placed in a paragraph after the intro? The intro includes many statements about Camunda. We could keep them as a paragraph before About the role. However the instruction says "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". It doesn't forbid having a paragraph before sections. So we can include an introductory paragraph summarizing the company description. We need to remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Also remove "Please be aware that scammers may impersonate Camunda..." etc. That's scam-warning boilerplate, remove. Also remove "Note for recruiting and placement agencies..." etc. Also remove "We are looking forward to your application! Come join us..." maybe that's application instruction? It's a call to action; could be considered application instruction; better to remove. Also remove "If you want meaningful work..." maybe keep as part of intro? It's motivational; could be considered substantive? Might be okay to keep as part of intro. But safer to keep only factual details. However instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Motivational sentences are substantive? They are not required but they are part of posting. Might be considered filler? Not sure. I'd keep them as they are not boilerplate. But they are somewhat generic. However they are not duplicated. I'd keep them. We need to format lists. Let's extract sections: About The Role paragraph: "Camunda is hiring a Senior Manager, QA Engineering to lead the end-to-end QA strategy for Camunda 8 — elevating quality governance with rigorous quality gates, outcome-driven automation, and strategic reporting that guides roadmap and release decisions. They will manage two teams (functional and reliability) comprising 12 ICs, a principal engineer, and a manager; evolve the structure for scale; and ensure comprehensive coverage across business users, developers, and admins/operators in Kubernetes, cloud, and bare-metal environments. This first-of-its-kind role reports directly to the VP of Engineering." What You'll Be Doing list: - Own and drive the end-to-end QA strategy for Camunda 8, establishing quality gates and cross-team accountability. - Partner with principal engineering to mature reliability, performance, and resilience testing. - Guide automation strategy and QA processes to enable teams to deliver high-quality outcomes efficiently. - Develop actionable quality metrics, dashboards, and reports that inform leadership and roadmap decisions. - Lead and scale QA teams — managers, principal engineers, and ICs — evolving structure for maximum impact. - Influence cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, product, UX, documentation, field) to embed quality across the organization. Also mention "AI in our hiring process: Camunda may use AI tools to aid the screening of applications and during the interview process. You can learn more here". Keep as paragraph. Also include "Equity: We also offer equity (where applicable) through our Virtual Stock Option Plan (VSOP)." Could be part of Compensation section. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:
