About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager Project Management to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain integrated project schedules/Gantt charts for project tracking
  • Drive project execution by focusing on critical path activities and accountability
  • Ensure alignment between Integrated Product Development Plans and Functional Matrix Team plans
  • Assist in managing project costs and compiling annual budgets in collaboration with finance
  • Oversee risk management activities, maintaining registers and monitoring mitigation plans
  • Facilitate information sharing within project teams via digital platforms like SharePoint and MS Teams
  • Implement improvements in project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree with 6 years in the pharmaceutical industry, including 4 years leading cross-functional teams in drug development
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
  • Deep understanding of drug development cycle and registration of pharmaceutical products
  • Expertise in project management processes and tools to facilitate team activities and manage risks
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills for effective teamwork and conflict resolution
  • Ability to influence without authority and balance diverse team needs
  • Detail-oriented with skill in constructing detailed project schedules

Pay

$141,600 – $212,400 annually
