Senior Manager, Program Management (Food & Beverage Hospitality)

About the role

This role assists with the planning, execution, and ongoing management of catering services across U.S. corporate campus locations. The position supports current operations while contributing to the growth and evolution of the catering program aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of campus catering programming and management of third-party food provider
• Supporting accurate cost tracking and resolving billing discrepancies
• Partnership with finance and vendors to maintain strong financial controls
• Identifying gaps in food quality, quantity, presentation, and pricing
• Addressing associate concerns and supporting efficient ordering, delivery, setup, and service execution

Requirements

• Proven expertise in program management with the ability to drive multiple business plans and projects to successful completion
• Strong leadership skills in supervising, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities to influence and align cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement, gap analysis, and implementing best practices
• Proficiency in data analysis to evaluate program performance and inform decision-making
• Adaptability and resilience in managing change and overcoming obstacles
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and other tools to support program execution and reporting

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams
• 3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area

Preferred Qualifications

• Managing a budget, profit and loss statement, or relate financial process
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field like (not limited to) project management, compliance, operations management, or related area
• Project Management Certification
