Senior Manager, Program Management, Design

About the role

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a hospitality and recreation environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key thought partner to the Sr. Manager in piloting studio-wide processes to enhance design health
• Redesign and optimize review and approval processes to empower designers
• Implement operational practices to monitor workload and prevent team burnout
• Oversee the lifecycle of design programs, ensuring integration of Core and Production Design
• Establish Service Level Agreements that respond to complex campaign demands
• Formalize BCS as the brand steward, creating frameworks for cross-departmental brand interactions
• Mentor Program Managers and advocate for resource allocation aligned with strategic priorities

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of experience in Program Management and Studio Operations with a focus on Design
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and improve review/approval workflows
• Experience managing transitions between conceptual design and high-volume production
• Strong understanding of creative processes and business objectives
• Proven track record of establishing scalable brand standards
