We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (maybe from description), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse the posting. First, remove boilerplate: Date posted, Country, Location, Position Role Type, etc. Also remove "Learn More & Apply Now", "Please ensure the role type defined below is appropriate...", "This position is classified as: Onsite..." etc. Also remove EEO, privacy policy, etc. We need to keep substantive info: description of company, what you will do, responsibilities list, qualifications must have, qualifications we prefer, benefits, salary range, maybe schedule? Not given schedule specifics (just onsite). The posting says "This position is located ONSITE." That's schedule? Not exactly schedule; maybe we can include a Schedule section if there is info about work schedule (e.g., full-time). Not present. So we should not create Schedule section unless there is real content. So skip. Pay: we have salary range: 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. So include Pay section. Benefits: list of benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, holidays. Also mention annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs. So include Benefits section. About the role: we have introductory paragraph about RTX, mission, etc. Also "What You Will Do:" description. Could be considered About the role. We'll put that in

About the role

with paragraphs. Responsibilities: there is a list after "Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:" with bullet points. We'll extract those. Qualifications: there are "Qualifications You Must Have:" and "Qualifications We Prefer:" We can combine into Qualifications section with two sub-sections? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have Qualifications heading and inside we can have

for must have and

for preferences? Or we could separate into Requirements and Qualifications? But they said we can use Requirements heading as well. However we have qualifications must have and preferred. Could treat must have as Requirements and preferred as Qualifications? But they said use headings from list; we can choose either. Probably better to have Requirements for must-have, and Qualifications for preferred. But they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could combine into one Qualifications section with two paragraphs: must have and preferred. Let's do that. Skills: maybe we can extract skills from qualifications: Microsoft Office Suite, Agile, software development, etc. But we already have them in qualifications. Could create Skills section if there is explicit skill list. There is "High Proficiency experience with Microsoft Office Suite." "Experience with software development programs", "Knowledge of agile lifecycle". Could be skills. But we already have qualifications; maybe better to not duplicate. The instruction: use sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content for Skills (like Microsoft Office Suite, Agile, etc.) but also they are in qualifications. Might be okay to have Skills section separate. However to avoid thin sections, maybe combine into Qualifications. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not omit details like "Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date." etc. Must include that in Qualifications. Let's extract details. About the role: The paragraph starting "At RTX, the world's largest aerospace and defense company..." includes description. Also "What You Will Do: Mission Solutions and Payloads (MSP) is seeking a Program Manager to execute the Sterling program within the Space Protection and Control (SPC) area." That's part of role description. We'll combine into About the role. Responsibilities: The bullet list after "Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:" includes: - Establishing and growing a trusted partnership with the customer counterpart and be the primary interface with the COTR/Customer PM - Drive a positive team culture to motivate the team to achieve program objectives on schedule and at cost - Clearly communicate program status and any corrective actions in a timely fashion - Partnering at multiple levels within enterprise to capture new business and ensure execution success - Presenting program status utilizing business and project management tools and procedures including Agile metrics, EVMS, IMS/IMP, Risk Management, Financial Forecasts and EAC required program statuses. Also earlier responsibilities described in "What You Will Do:" paragraph includes many duties: cost, schedule, technical performance, primary interface to customer COTR/PM, leadership, direction, execution management, working with functional leaders, staffing, setting priorities, resolving conflicts, developing and presenting AOP and long-term financial outlook, support and lead capture activities including proposals, cost estimating approach and analysis, gate reviews, developing and communicating strategy to reduce cost, improve quality, increase performance and reliability, improve overall competitiveness, daily execution of Sterling program, executing multiple parallel baselines with respective critical paths, leading large teams, championing positive team culture, driving program transformation, embracing technology insertion/innovation, identifying strategies to shape modernization activities aligned with customer’s vision, familiar with Software development program and Agile program methodologies. We should include all those as responsibilities. Could combine into a single
list. But we need to preserve all substantive information; we can break into items. Qualifications Must Have: - Typically requires a University Degree equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience. - External & Internal customer exposure experience. - Experience with software development programs - Knowledge of agile lifecycle and new product development. - The ability to coordinate and manage cross-functional teams of people and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, team members and partners. - High Proficiency experience with Microsoft Office Suite. - Experience in a process driven environment, working to recognized standards or regulations. - An active and in-scope TS/SCI U.S. government issued security clearance is required for consideration. - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Qualifications We Prefer: - A high aptitude for problem solving, particularly where negotiations in priorities are concerned. - Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure in a busy environment. Also maybe "Learn More & Apply Now" etc removed. Benefits: list as earlier. Pay: salary range. We must not include boilerplate like "Date Posted", "Country", "Location", etc. We must not include headings for empty sections. Now produce HTML fragment:

But note we may have duplicated some items; we need to ensure we preserve all substantive info but not repeat same info. The earlier list already includes many of these; we might combine to avoid duplication. However the instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Duplication is not summarizing away; it's repeating. Might be okay but could be considered redundant. Better to avoid duplication by merging the two sources into a cohesive list without repeating same point. Let's extract unique responsibilities from both paragraphs. From "What You Will Do:" paragraph: - Responsible for cost, schedule, and technical performance of the program; primary interface to customer COTR/PM. - Provide leadership, direction, and execution management of the program. - Work directly with functional leaders within matrixed organization to ensure programs properly staffed with personnel that have right skill sets and behaviors. - Setting priorities, resolving conflicts & barriers. - Develop and present to senior management the program Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and long-term financial outlook to grow multiple programs under direct supervision. - Support and lead capture activities including proposals, cost estimating approach and analysis, and gate reviews. - Develop and communicate strategy and tactics to
