Senior Manager, Program Activation

Translates Entegra RFP awards, tiered pricing opportunities, and volume commitments into realized value. Leads post-award stocking analysis, engages distributor and supply management partners on compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct post-award analysis to determine stocking needs across the distributor network.
• Work with supply management to determine stocking priorities and opportunities, leveraging Entegra committed volume.
• Realize stocking gap opportunities.
• Manage the full lifecycle of supplier enablement, procurement-to-pay (P2P), and master data projects, ensuring effective design, planning, implementation, and ongoing support.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and communication among Supply Management, technology, finance, marketing, vendors, and other internal and external partners to drive project success.
• Develop and execute rollout strategies, training programs, and communication plans to support new client onboarding, system launches, and supply chain initiatives.
• Lead category management efforts including contract negotiation, vendor management, cost control, compliance, and risk mitigation aligned with company policies.
• Oversee Salesforce platform management and analytics, providing data-driven insights, dashboards, training, and continuous improvement to enhance operational transparency and accountability.
• Support supplier engagement and growth initiatives through collaborative partnerships, data-driven business opportunities, event management, and alignment with organizational goals for measurable impact.

Requirements

• Proven leadership in driving cross-functional projects and managing complex supply chain or procurement initiatives from end to end.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute category management, vendor negotiations, and risk mitigation plans.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to influence stakeholders across multiple departments and external partners.
• Expertise in leveraging technology and data analytics (such as Salesforce) to enhance visibility, reporting, and continuous process improvements.
• A consultative approach with a focus on delivering innovative, customer-centric solutions that drive measurable business results.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of management experience.
• 3 years of related experience.

Pay

$86,275 – $133,870 per year. Incentive eligible: participation in Sodexo’s incentive plan with opportunity to earn variable compensation in addition to base salary.
