Senior Manager, Product Security Engineering (Security Posture and Supply Chain)

Responsibilities

• Lead the rollout of security capabilities across all projects
• Establish security baselines that support rapid engineering without unnecessary delays
• Act as the internal first user for security features, providing feedback to product teams
• Drive proactive supply chain security initiatives within Product Security
• Minimize systemic risk through effective governance and control mechanisms
• Manage the Product Security Risk Register and related metrics for a data-driven posture view
• Collaborate with Compliance to prepare for audits and strengthen security maturity
• Represent the organization's security practices externally to reinforce customer trust
• Develop and mentor team members while shaping the team's operational framework

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing a security or engineering team, including hiring and performance management
• Strong technical knowledge of security posture management, software supply chain security, and SaaS configurations
• Prior proven experience with large-scale rollouts of security capabilities across organizations without direct ownership
• Experience collaborating with Compliance for audit and certification evidence generation
• Proven success in navigating high-ambiguity environments and securing organizational buy-in
• Strong written communication and judgment in a remote, asynchronous work setting
