About the role
Agent Platforms & Communications is responsible for the foundational systems and capabilities that power our customer and associate servicing touchpoints across all human-assisted channels: Branch, Cafe, Phone & Back Office. This role will lead our Teller modernization efforts, driving the strategy and vision for transforming vendor solutions into flexible, scalable internal capabilities to help the associates in our in-person locations thrive.
Responsibilities

- Reimagine in-person servicing and expand our current platforms to meet the unique needs of the areas we serve.
Requirements
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
- A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
- Bachelor's degree in any field and 4 years of Product Management experience

Salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
- Mclean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management
- New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management
- Philadelphia, PA: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management
- Wilmington, DE: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management
