About the role
The Family CX team at Capital One is dedicated to creating differentiated experiences for families managing shared finances. This role involves leading the product lifecycle for collaborative multi-user banking solutions that span generations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for collaborative multi-user banking solutions
- Design solutions that address the unique needs of family finances
- Translate business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment
- Identify and resolve complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks
- Drive innovation and sustainability in customer experiences through technology
Requirements
- Proficiency in human centered design, business focus, technology-driven solutions, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following degrees:
- A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
- A Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience
Qualifications
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
- A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
- A Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience
