About the role
Amazon Music is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management (Tech) to lead the Core Visual Experiences product team. The role involves owning the vision, strategy, and roadmap for key visual surfaces such as Home, Find, Library, Now Playing, and others. Additionally, you will oversee Amazon Music-wide product quality initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for core visual surfaces powering Amazon Music.
- Lead Amazon Music-wide product quality programs, including sentiment measurement, customer feedback, and product operations.
- Partner deeply with engineering, design, and data teams, as well as cross-company product and business teams, to ensure Amazon Music remains the world's highest-quality and most innovative audio streaming product.
- Independently lead VP-level discussions and support a high-performing team across direct reports and skip-levels to deliver on ambitious business-critical goals.
- Set high standards for product quality and drive rapid execution velocity to deliver a polished customer experience in a rapidly evolving space.
Requirements
- 6+ years of team management experience
- 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 2+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
