The Risk Product Development team is looking for a Senior Manager, Product Management to lead our Model Risk Management (MRM) product organization. In this role, you will lead high-performing product teams dedicated to reinventing MRM by leveraging agentic user experiences. You will drive AI-powered innovation to transform the user experience, enhance risk controls, and significantly accelerate the model development lifecycle.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
• OR Bachelor's degree in any field and 4 years of Product Management experience
• Degree must be obtained on or before the scheduled start date

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Pay

Full-time annual salary ranges by location (Senior Manager, Product Management / Manager, Product Management):

• Chicago, IL: $182,500 – $208,300 / $149,800 – $171,000
• McLean, VA: $200,700 – $229,100 / $164,800 – $188,100
• Richmond, VA: $182,500 – $208,300 / $149,800 – $171,000
• Riverwoods, IL: $182,500 – $208,300 / $149,800 – $171,000

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. The actual annualized salary offered will be reflected in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
