As a Senior Product Manager for Google AI Products, you will be a key product manager on a fast-growing team responsible for bringing Google’s newest AI products to meet the knowledge, productivity, and collaboration needs of our +100,000 associates.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive daily usage, optimize user experiences, and unlock measurable business value from the Google AI products already deployed across Capital One.
- Test new AI products as Google brings them to market, evaluate their capabilities and enterprise controls, build a quantifiable case for value to Capital One, and align with executive leadership (CEO level) on which ones we will scale across the enterprise.
- Own the end-to-end launch and deployment of AI products that graduate from our experimentation sandbox to our entire enterprise population.

Basic Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Mindset: High agency and optimistic mindset with a strong bias to action and comfort managing ambiguity and tough trade-offs.
- Executive Presence: Experience working independently with VP+ executive leaders to align on high-stakes product strategy and investments.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong stakeholder management and influence toolkit.
- Passion for AI: Active interest or direct experience tinkering with AI products and staying current with the latest generative AI capabilities.
- Data-Driven Storytelling: Ability to use qualitative user feedback and quantitative metrics to draft compelling product strategy narratives for executive audiences.

- Chicago, IL: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
- McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
- New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
- Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
