Team Overview
The Enterprise Product and Experience team collaborates with data and technology transformation experts to enhance Capital One's product, data, design, machine learning, engineering, data science, and developer capabilities. They work with partners across Capital One to deliver future products, platforms, and experiences for associates and customers.

Basic Qualifications
Currently holds, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in any field and 4 years of Product Management experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
Experience exploring, prototyping, or implementing emerging technologies and AI automation tools (such as Gemini, Claude, Claude Code, or Google Apps Script)
Pay & Benefits
Salaries for this role vary by location and can be found in the Pay section. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with their location. This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
