We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings present: About the role? The description includes a paragraph about Cloudera and role. We'll create sections: About the role (maybe from first paragraph), Responsibilities (list of bullet points from "As a Senior Manager, Product Management you will:"), Requirements (list from "We are excited if you have (Required Qualifications):"), maybe also "What you can expect from us:" as Benefits. Also maybe "Skills" not separate. We'll not repeat job title. No Pay/Schedule unless present. There's no explicit pay or schedule. So we omit those. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive info, not invent. Remove boilerplate like EEO/VEVRAA etc. Also remove "Business Area: Product Mgmt. Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level" maybe minor metadata; we can fold into a short

or drop. Probably include as a short paragraph at top. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we don't include placeholders. Let's extract content: Business Area: Product Mgmt. We'll start with a short p for Business Area and Seniority Level maybe. Then

    About the role

with paragraph(s) from the Job Description up to before responsibilities. Then

    Responsibilities

    with ul list. Then

    Requirements

with ul list (required qualifications). Possibly also include "You may also have:" as optional but could be part of Requirements or separate "Preferred Qualifications". Since we have a section for Requirements, we could include both required and preferred under same list? Better to separate: Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. But instructions: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine required and preferred into one Requirements section, but we need to preserve info. Could have two subheadings? Not allowed; only h3 headings. Could make two sections: Requirements and Preferred Qualifications. That's okay. But we need to avoid thin sections; but both have multiple items. We'll do:

    Requirements

    with required qualifications list.

    Preferred Qualifications

with the "You may also have:" list. Then

    Benefits

with list from "What you can expect from us:". We must not include Pay or Schedule. Now ensure we preserve all substantive info: include the sentence about immigration sponsorship? It's part of job description; we can include in About the role paragraph. Let's craft. HTML fragment:
