Senior Manager, Product Line Management - Global Healthcare

For our client, a leader in the Food & Beverages space, we are seeking a Senior Manager of Product Line Management - Global Healthcare to join their team. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Food & Beverages environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Own and refresh the global strategy for healthcare primary packaging products
• Drive execution across regions, ensuring senior leadership alignment
• Monitor portfolio performance and make actionable recommendations
• Manage marketing mix, focusing on pricing strategy and product lifecycle
• Lead new product development from brief to commercialization
• Collaborate with R&D and operations for successful product launches
• Gather external insights to inform strategic decisions and enhance customer engagement

Qualifications

• Degree in Strategic Marketing, Business Administration, Science, or Engineering; Masters or MBA preferred
• 5+ years of international product management experience, preferably in Consumer Healthcare
• Proven financial acumen with P&L management and market pricing expertise
• Excellent analytical, project management, and strategic thinking skills
• Strong multi-cultural leadership experience in global settings
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Pay

$129,200 – $193,800 annually
