Senior Manager, Procurement & Sourcing
Purchase and Sourcing
Lead and manage the center-lead procurement function, overseeing the sourcing of supported goods, materials, and services.
Assist with developing, implementing, and executing procurement initiatives that drive cost savings, efficiency, and value creation.
Conduct market intelligence, supplier evaluations, and benchmarking to ensure quality, pricing, and service standards are competitive and support business needs.
Drive supplier relationship management (SRM) and performance improvement initiatives, ensuring vendors meet expectations on quality, service, delivery, and compliance.
Create, implement, and improve procurement policies, procedures and systems for efficiency and compliance including ERP system utilization (Microsoft D365 or equivalent).
Monitor and report on key procurement metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Purchasing Card Programs
Provide oversight of the American Express Corporate Card Programs, including insurance coordination, compliance and reporting.
Lead the implementation of Purchasing Cards (P-Cards) to support decentralized procurement where appropriate.
Oversee the company’s Travel & Expense (T&E) policy, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and leading practices.
Provide functional oversight of the Concur expense management system, ensuring streamlined approvals, compliance and reporting accuracy.
Corporate Policies and SOX Controls
Ensure compliance with SOX-404 and other regulatory requirements while maintaining strong governance and audit-ready processes.
Lead or support additional projects and initiatives as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Provides leadership and management in an effective manner consistent with Company Values towards defined Corporate Objectives.
Understands Company Policy and procedure to be able to guide direct reports appropriately.
