Senior Manager, Process Design Engineering

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Process Design Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Transportation space. This role will lead process design efforts that shape operational efficiency, facility layouts, and implementation readiness across logistics operations. The ideal candidate will partner closely with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into practical solutions, analyze financial and operational impacts, and build scalable processes that support site launches and peak periods. This is a highly visible position focused on process discipline, technical documentation, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced transportation environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $108,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Lead development of operational processes and facility designs Conduct cross-functional process reviews to identify gaps Evaluate operational designs and financial impacts through data analysis Develop detailed process flows and technical documentation Partner with various teams for process design and implementation Lead gap analysis and establish quality standards Provide process design expertise during site launches and peak periods Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 10-12 years in logistics or supply chain operations 3-5 years in operational process or facility design Experience translating customer needs into logistics designs Strong knowledge of WMS and automation integration Ability to develop process flows and technical documentation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Benefits Full health insurance (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) plan Life insurance Disability coverage Opportunity to participate in company incentive plan Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
