Responsibilities
- Implement pharmacoepidemiology strategy and generate real-world evidence for regulatory studies
- Contribute expertise to risk management plans and post-approval safety studies
- Provide epidemiological support to project teams, including study design and analysis
- Review proposals and literature, assessing database activities for safety evaluations
- Represent Pharmacoepidemiology on cross-functional teams and safety committees
- Manage non-compound specific pharmacoepidemiology activities and literature reviews
- Participate in departmental process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- MD, PharmD, plus a post-graduate degree in epidemiology or a related field (e.g. MPH, MSc)
- Doctoral degree in epidemiology with less than 3 years of post-doctoral experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience with a post-graduate degree in epidemiology or related field
- Experience in industry or regulatory settings preferred
Pay
$150,500 – $245,500 annually
