Senior Manager, People Operations

About the role

As Verathon's Sr Manager, People Operations you will identify, create, develop and integrate innovative solutions to enable the People Function (Human Resources) and the organization. This is both a strategic and hands‑on role that is critical in helping us continue to evolve our culture and drive employee engagement. Through innovative and creative thinking, you will be able to build, develop and drive initiatives that result in high impact to employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for HR Technology, HR Operations, Onboarding, Leaves of Absence, Compliance, and related operational
