Senior Manager, Pass‑Through Taxation

Role Overview

The position involves providing tax compliance and advisory services to pass-through entities and partnerships, primarily in Asset Management. You will oversee client portfolios, act as the main contact, manage teams of tax professionals, and ensure high-quality service delivery. Additionally, you'll participate in market activities to identify new opportunities and support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tax solutions leveraging industry knowledge and innovative technologies.
• Manage client relationships and project scopes, ensuring compliance and strategic advice.
• Led teams of tax professionals, mentoring and guiding staff members.
• Handle risk management, project budgets, billing, and collections (Senior Manager level).
• Contribute to external market and business development activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of five years (Senior Manager: eight years) experience in pass-through and partnership tax.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; relevant certifications such as CPA, JD/LLM, or EA.
• Experience managing multiple client engagements and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of pass-through entities, partnerships, and tax compliance.
• Leadership skills, client service orientation, and ability to identify growth opportunities.
