Power the GrowthLead packaging operations to achieve safety, quality, service, productivity, and cost objectives.Develop and coach managers, supervisors, and frontline teams to build a high-performing organization.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on OEE, waste reduction, labor productivity, and operational efficiency.Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, Sanitation, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless execution of production plans.Champion a culture of accountability, employee engagement, food safety, and operational excellence.Utilize operational metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities, resolve issues, and improve business performance.Support strategic initiatives, capital projects, and long-term site objectives established by plant leadership. Bring Your BoldnessBachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, Dairy Science, Operations Management, Business, or a related field preferred.8+ years of progressive leadership experience within food, dairy, beverage, or consumer packaged goods manufacturing.Proven experience leading managers and supervisors in a high-volume manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SQF, FDA, USDA, and OSHA requirements.Demonstrated success driving Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence initiatives.Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop talent, build teams, and lead through change.Data-driven decision maker with strong financial and operational acumen.Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Dairy manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
