Senior Manager, Oracle SCM

In Oracle supply chain and operations at PwC, you will provide consulting services for Oracle supply chain and operations applications, analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration and utilization.
About the role
As a strategic advisor, you will leverage your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, solve complex problems, and apply sound judgment to recognize when to act or escalate. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams contributes to the success of our Firm. You will lead efforts in planning, designing, and implementing Oracle Cloud application solutions, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level. Responsibilities include improving business processes enabled by Oracle Cloud solutions in Human Capital Management, Finance Operations, and Supply Chain Management.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, design, and implementation of Oracle Cloud solutions
- Enhance business processes through Oracle Cloud applications
- Maintain operational excellence in project execution
- Engage with clients at a senior level to confirm successful outcomes
- Drive improvements in Human Capital Management, Finance Operations, and Supply Chain Management
- Foster collaboration and communication among project teams
- Confirm timely and quality delivery of project goals
- Innovate and refine processes to enhance project performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 8 years of experience

Pay
The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
